Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking. Deposit payments are accepted by the PayPal Payment gateway at the time of booking. You will be invoiced for the balance of the booking fee approximately 8 weeks prior to occupation. This invoice falls due for payment no later than 42 days prior to occupation.

When a reservation is received less than 42 days before date of occupation then the balance rental cost plus all options will be invoiced and is due for settlement immediately after your deposit has been processed.

In case of cancellation more than 42 days before your holiday commences then your initial deposit will be forfeit, and your booking cancelled and re-let without any liability on your part. In case of cancellation less than 42 days before your holiday commences then your deposit and balance payments will be forfeit, and your booking cancelled and re-let without any liability on our part. In the case of curtailment refunds cannot be made for unused nights. Should your balance payment not be received by the due date (42 days prior to commencement of the rental period) then we reserve the right to re-let and forfeit your deposit.

Additional charges may be applied following occupation to cover such eventualities as breakages and or damage other than normal wear and tear or theft or general loss. Following acknowledgment of your booking any changes of dates or guests names may incur an additional administration charge of £15.00.

Shared use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and other facilities within the pool hall are not available between the dates of 15th November and 1st March annually. Luxury Cabins Ltd is absolved from all liability for accidents to guests and their party members and for any loss or damage to personal property. Clicking to acknowledge your declaration will indicate your agreement in full of this unconditional waiver. You are recommended to indemnify yourself against any losses you may incur if you are unable to go through with your holiday for whatever reason. No single gender parties or parties exceeding four persons (except where the 5th is an infant) are accepted. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age. Tenants agree to take good care of the property and any fittings and appliances at all times and to leave the chalet in a generally tidy condition. Luxury Cabins Ltd reserve the right to cancel or terminate a holiday booked where the party leader has failed to disclose all material facts as required on the booking form, has  failed to ensure that there is no unreasonable noise or nuisance and/or has trespassed upon properties outside of the stated boundaries. In these circumstances any payments made will be forfeit in full.

Luxury Cabins Ltd shall not be under any liability to the persons involved and shall  be discharged from further performance of its obligation. Any refunds given will be entirely at our discretion. While Luxury Cabins Ltd will normally use their best endeavours to satisfy clients requirements we do, at our discretion, reserve the right at any time to withdraw any  advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients, or to make alteration to their arrangements in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations or changes shall fall upon Luxury Cabins Ltd save only that we shall refund to clients any and all monies paid  by them in respect of bookings so cancelled, however, we will normally use our best endeavours to arrive at an amicable and  agreeable solution.

We reserve the right to withdraw or otherwise amend any special offers or credit vouchers entirely at our discretion.
